Description: Originally created by Claunch & Miller, Inc. (part of HDR Engineering as of 2008) in 2002, this file has been maintained in-house since then. Updates are provided through a combination of as-builts, field verifications, and word of mouth from employees who have worked on a particular feature. The file primarily contains information on the size (in inches) and material of the pipes. The information for both fields is contained in a drop-down (FMLineSizes domain for the size and SanLineMaterial for the material). Additionally, the SERVESLS [LS Area] field contains the name of the LS associated with the force main. Z_MIN, Z_MEAN, Z_MAX, SLENGTH, MIN_SLOPE, MAX_SLOPE and AVG_SLOPE are all measured in feet and degrees. All Z values are in feet and slope data is in degrees of slope. All Elevation data is Surface Elevation.Due to VUEWorks (Public Works' work order system), care must be taken when deleting features. The IDs cannot be reused and must be retired after a deletion.
